Family Connection Center
FCC is a local resource center sponsored by VISD that's available at no charge to any Victoria resident.  Resources include books and educational manipulatives for check-out, play areas for small children, computer lab, die cut machine, laminating machine, misc. crafting supplies, etc.  Stop by and ask Tamara for a tour!
