We would love to have your family join us as a part of C.H.E.C.

Membership Requirements:

• Attitude of inclusion, respect, and courtesy.
• All members are expected to contribute a service or activity to the group annually.
• Complete the member information sheet.
• $25 annual membership fee *

Please print off the New Member Application and send it, along with a check for $25 to the address listed at the bottom of the application. Once your membership application has been processed you will be added to our members-only elist and receive information on accessing the members-only portion of our website. (Not Yet Active)
