Cobra Athletics is a competitive sports program for home-schooled children in the Crossroads area. The 2007/2008 seasons will mark our eleventh year of competing locally, statewide and nationally. Not only will your children gain physical conditioning and strength, but also gain valuable friendships, have leadership opportunities, exercise perseverance, discipline and teamwork while learning to excel in body, soul and spirit. COME JOIN THE FUN. We are a parent/child volunteer organization that needs your input and participation in bringing competitive sports to our homeschooling families.

We are planning for next season and need to schedule games for all sports so please let us know by contacting the coaches listed below. JR. HIGH GIRLS BASKETBALL:
We have a new coach for the girls next season. Becky Rodgers is excited to get started with a new Jr. High basketball team. She has been very active with the Upward Basketball program at First Baptist Church and has previous coaching experience in schools. Home school students ages 14 and under as of September 1st, 2007 are eligible to play on this team. We will consider girls down to about fifth or sixth grade. We will begin a new chapter in Cobra basketball next season with the need to begin a new high school boy’s team. Some of the Jr. High boys will be moving up. We need more however. Though volleyball has already begun it isn’t too late to sign up to play and if you are interested in our basketball teams this meeting will answer your questions.
